shipping & returns

 

shipping: 

– we ship our items worldwide from our storage in The Netherlands

– the shipping cost is not included in the item price, you can enquire it by mail.

– the delivery of objects or lamps (ex. chandeliers and floor lamps) takes around 1-2 weeks

– these items are delivered front door

– the delivery of furniture, chandeliers and floor lamps, takes around 3-4 weeks

– these items are delivered ground front door

– due to the Covid-19 situation delay on deliveries may happen.

– due to Brexit, delay on deliveries to UK may happen.

– we don’t accept order cancellations once the items have been dispatched.

– in case of breakage or damage during transport, this must be communicated via email within 24h after delivery

– after 24 after delivery, we don’t accept breakage or damage claims

 

returns: 

– returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery

– is mandatory to inform us by email before return the item

– within 24 hours after your email we will inform you about the instruction to follow and only then you can return the item

– we don’t accept returns if the steps above are not follow

– the cost and arrangement of the return should be done by the buyer.

– the items should be delivered to us in the same condition that when they were sent, otherwise we don’t accept the return.

– once we receive the items in our storage, the total amount of the purchase will be paid back to the buyer: price of the item and  shipping cost.

– if the buyer decides that the delivery has to be done later than the usual shipping time, the conditions will be specified in each case.

– we don’t accept returns of items bought in fairs or similar events

– we don’t accept returns of purchase by order
